Recurring all-day event showing a day early

I have an all-day event on 10/18 set to reoccur daily until 10/19 that is showing on the wrong days. The calendar shows it on 10/17 and twice on 10/18. Do I have this configured incorrectly?

The event has two different start/end times over these two days so I was attempting to solve for that. It would have been great if I could have just duplicated the event and set the different times for each day.
