Our client has a site we put together for them using your Event Calendar (free) plugin (using version 3.12.3) and they purchased 1 year of licensing for your Event Calendar PRO plugin (using version 3.9.3). We’ve not upgraded the PRO plugin yet.
The client is now having success with your ‘recurrence’ field, see their note…
“…next I go to the field that says “Start Date & Time” and put in the first date I’m working with, then get the time correct for both the start of the event and the end of the event. Then I go to the field: “Recurrence” and I would have selected Every Week for something that was happening several Fridays in a row, for example. At that point, there should be another field that opens up that asks something like “Event will end on ____ date”. That field, for some reason, is missing and that’s weird because it used to be there.”
I logged in and see the Recurrence field, but it does not seem to show the end date and is having issues with the dates trigger. Is that because of incompatible versions of the tools?
