Hello,
After checking box that it is all day event start and end hours do not disappear and after selecting that it is recurrence event and for example it is daily nothing showing up for more selection.

Deactivated all other plugins? Yes
Thanks for trying to deactivate other plugins! Did deactivating them all at once have any effect on the issue?
Switched to a default theme? No (or unknown)
Could you try temporarily activating the default Twenty Thirteen theme, to see if the issue happens there as well? If disabling the theme fixes it, that’s good news! It means we have narrowed the issue down to a theme conflict and can work from there. It’s also worth following all the steps outlined here to test for conflicts.

By default, events are currently set up to support one image upload, which is the Featured Image. If you would additional images, I would suggest checking out the default image gallery functionality on the WordPress editing screen. You can do this by clicking the “Add Media” button above the editor, then clicking the “Create Gallery” option. Alternatively, you can use a third-party plugin to add multiple image uploads.

Thanks for sharing a screenshot of the back end. I realize the issue is on the back end, but wanted to see if the front end was affected as well. No worries though, let’s focus on testing for conflicts.
Were you able to test for theme conflicts using the steps I provided? That would be helpful as well.

GeoffI have found that javascripts not working, I mean it is not calling functions on select. Cause even date select not pops up. Recurrence selects appear only after you press UPDATE your event, then you go down and see that more selections appeared.
That would totally make sense.
It makes me wonder if there is a conflict at play with the theme or another plugin. Could you try temporarily activating the default Twenty Thirteen theme, to see if the issue happens there as well?

If the issue is still there when using the default Twenty Thirteen theme, then we can try testing for conflicts with other installed plugins. Using the Twenty Thirteen, please try deactivating all of your plugins, except for the ones from Modern Tribe. Does that solve the problem? If so, reactivate the plugins one at a time until the issue pops back up, then tell me which one was causing the issue.
These steps are also outlined here if you want some more details on how to test for conflicts.
Give those steps a shot and let me know what you find.

Thanks for helping me. I have found that qtranslate plugin is causing this problem. So how can I solve this problem cause we need such plugin. Well I will try mqtranslate instead and let you know. But for now can you check why qtranslate causing this problem?
