Recent purchased tickets on EDD widget stay

we deleted all payments in both test and live modes and some purchases stay. They are all EDD Tickets. Can you reproduce it?

Hi Diego,

Certainly if you delete an entry in Downloads → Payment History it should not result in the attendee data for the relevant event being removed (though it should be updated to indicate that the payment was deleted, etc).

… But, I’m not sure if that is what you are describing. Can you clarify what you mean?

Hi Barry,
we saw all posts types (downloads, edd payments, …) in Events -> Venues and Events -> Organizers. We tried by adding a new event, and then we saw only the events. The same with the organizers, when adding a new one the things were right. Weird.

I don’t think I am seeing this but I’m still not 100% sure I’m understanding. Would it be possible for you to follow up with screenshots? If you are seeing downloads and and payments (orders) in the list of venues or organizers that would definitely be a strange and unusual issue.

If that is indeed what’s happening, can you try our regular troubleshooting steps (deactivate all other plugins besides The Events Calendar, EDD and EDD Tickets then switch to a default and unmodified theme) and see if it still occurs?
