ParticipantHello,
This is a follow up on a previous post from a few months back (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/unable-to-view-certain-months/#post-1169637). I’ve tried making the changes that you suggested. I upgraded WordPress to the latest version and updated all plug-ins as well. I then disabled all of the plug-ins, and then enabled only “The Events Calendar” plug-in, and the issue still occurs unfortunately. Do you happen to have any other ideas on what I can try?
Thanks again for your help!
Kind regards,
RyanDecember 30, 2016 at 10:27 am #1211838Cliff
MemberHi, Ryan.
Could you please provide a link(s) to see the issue for myself?
If you share an annotated screenshot or video screen capture, it might help communicate what you’re seeing and what exactly the issue is.
Thank you.

ParticipantThanks for your help! My apologies for not including that. Here’s the link:
http://creativemediaworks.com/blog/calendar/
It should display December by default, once you click the “January” (next month) link it defaults to the root of the WP directory instead of going to the calendar for Jan.
Hope that helps. If you need any additional info please let me know.
Kind regards,

MemberThanks, Ryan.
Could you please try changing your Home URL and Site URL to remove “/blog” — then re-save Permalinks — and see if that resolves the issue?

ParticipantHi Cliff,
Thanks for your help! I tried that just now, but still no luck unfortunately.
Kind regards,

MemberAh, I see you have WordPress installed in your “blog” subdirectory so you probably wouldn’t be able to change Permalinks like I requested. Sorry about that.
I visited your homepage and I’d suggest setting up WordPress in the root of your domain instead of in the “blog” subdirectory and then use a static front page and a blog page.
If this causes things to work for you, then we may need to investigate further if this is reproducible (while WP is installed in a subdirectory).
Let me know how it goes for you.

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
