Re-occuring events and process

OK. I want to use the events calendar to schedule courses for my school.

A typical course looks like this:
Start 11 April 2014
Finish 11 July 2014
Days Fridays + 1 Thursday
Times 9:00 to 4:30pm
Room. J101

Should be easy? When I make a reoccurring event each session looks like a new course. I only want one listing in the display calendar Preferably in list or month view: http://veepal.co/wp_courses/?post_type=tribe_events&eventDisplay=upcoming&tribe-bar-date=2014-05 in Month view it looks really confusing with multiples of the same even on the same day…

Thoughts?

Thanks for contacting us and thanks for creating a forum post.

If I understand you correctly, what you’re looking for is in the Events Settings > General tab. At the top, you will see a “Recurring event instances” checkbox. Check to remove displaying the duplicates.
