Re-occuring events

Is there a way to not show a re-occurring event that happens once a week in the back end posts repetitively ?

Hey @Lamourah,

There is a section in the Recurrence Info called “Exclusions” that should allow you to “skip” or “hide” an event happening on a given date, or schedule, etc.

I would like to hide re-occurring events in the backend, not in the front end. Right now, I have two pages for one event in the back end. Is there not a way to be able to just have one listing showing for a re-occurring event in the backend?

Unfortunately, no, there is no way to go about merging all the back-end listings for a recurring event into one listing at this time 🙁

Ok, thanks for letting me know. Hopefully the developer will figure this out as I have used other calendars that do have that capability, one listing for re-orc cuing events in the back end.
