First, thanks for noting the forum issue and reporting it to us. I flagged this to the team so they can have a look at it. It seems the thread was posted ok on The Events Calendar PRO forum though.
Having a look at the recurring settings screenshot you shared, it seems you are setting an ending date and time for the initial event to 2017-11-27. This means that the first instance of the event will last from 28th August to 27th November. While on the month calendar it looks like it’s repeating each day, it’s actually the same event spanning through all those days.
I’m thinking you might have intended to state the series should end on 27th August. Could you please verify this is the issue?
