I purchased Events Calendar Pro for use on one WP site, which I have been building over the past several weeks. Because of various complications during construction, it became necessary to activate and de-activate, install and re-install, ECP, all in connection with getting things set up initially on the one site. Now I’m getting an error message that I can’t receive an update to the plugin because I have exhausted the installs on the license key. I have renewed the license — now through 2017! — but this has not changed the license key or otherwise overcome the problem. Please tell me how to get a new license key for the same existing purchase, so that I may proceed to enter the license key and receive the update.

    Hi Catherine,

Thanks for using our plugins. Sorry for the issues.

Can you please try removing your license keys from your account on TheEventsCalendar.com and then reactivating them on your site to see if that resolves the issue.

To do that, login to your account and go to My Account > License Keys

Click “Disconnect now” next to all the urls and go to your site and add those license keys back.

Let me know how that works out for you.

    Thanks
