the topic was closed but I have a followup…

what happens when past events are viewed? I understand they’re removed from the list view, but I assume that still means they’re publicly accessible? Is there an automatic message or something saying it’s a past event?

Hi there, Amanda! Thanks for getting back in touch.

I see your previous thread here and can help y0u with this one.

Yes, past events are still publicly accessible and a notice will display on the event that indicates the events has passed. You can see an example of the notice in this screenshot.

Does this help answer our question? Please let me know. 🙂

    Cheers!

Great, thanks! I assume the style for that can be adjusted to become even more obvious?

I have one last question unrelated to this, would you like me to start a new topic or ask here?

    Awesome, I’m glad that helps!

Yes, you are correct and that can be styled with CSS. For your reference, the specific class will be:

    .tribe-events-notices

And, yes, I would definitely appreciate a new topic if you have an additional unrelated question–that helps make answers to questions much easier to find for us and others searching the forums. 🙂

I’ll go ahead and close this thread and we’ll see you in the next one!

    Cheers,
    Geoff
