With the pro version, will there be the functionality of rating event organizers and / or event venues? Ideally, those ratings would follow each event that the organizer and venue are associated with.

Unfortunately that is not a functionality from our plugin, even from the Pro version.

There is a Plugin on the Official Repository that might help you achieve your goal, Advanced Post Type Ratings.

I cannot guaranty that it will work, but it might get you closer to your goal.
