random recurring events

Hi there, I can’t see the exact answer to this question anywhere so thought I’d ask…

I need to create events within my wordpress site that will allow me to add different dates for one event.

So they are workshops and I may run specific one on the 5th june, then the same workshop again on the 19th june then the same one might not be again until september the 22nd for example.

Can the plugin handle this or do i have to create new events for each of the occurrences?

Thanks for taking the time to reach out! I’m happy to report that this type of event series structure–that is, events that do not repeat at regular intervals–is definitely possible with Events Calendar PRO. You can read more about recurring events in PRO and how to set them up on our Knowledgebase here:

For events like yours that do not follow a set pattern (such as daily, weekly, or monthly recurrences), you’ll want to use the “single event” option for your recurrences and set the dates for each event manually.
