Quick change to background and text color

Hi, I am under a deadline and only need to make a simple change. The primers are very in depth. I’m hoping for a quick answer on how to change the teal color background and text color. See attached. I’m not very familiar with making changes to the css so I need to understand what to go. What file to change and I can figure out the color details.

Also, this is a temporary site that will be going away in a few months but important for right now. I don’t need to set up a child theme or anything as that will take too long and I won’t update the plugin after this so I won’t worry about updates changing what I’m doing. Thanks!

More specifically, in the screenshot you provided, it seems like you want to modify the appearance of featured events specifically.

Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:

.tribe-events-list .tribe-events-loop .tribe-event-featured .tribe-events-list-event-title a, .tribe-events-list .tribe-events-loop .tribe-event-featured a {color: #fff !important}
