    Hi there,

We’ve had Events Calendar Pro running for about 3-years now and just recently ran into an issue viewing events on our website. Some users browsing our site using Google Chrome cannot view any event pages and receive the following error message:

    ———————
    This site can’t be reached
The webpage at https://www.unitedwayottawa.ca/event-evenement/this-is-ottawa/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
    ERR_QUIC_PROTOCOL_ERROR
    ———————

If the “Experimental Quic Protocol” flag (chrome://flags/) in Chrome is disabled then the event page loads perfectly fine.

This only happens with some Chrome users and viewing the site with FireFox and IE is normal. All other pages of our website open and are viewable without any errors. This appears to only be affecting events pages.

Any ideas what may be causing this issue with our event pages?

Hi. I couldn’t reproduce the issue. I’m glad you got it sorted out. Feel free to share if there’d be any helpful information for other users.

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
