questions about getting the pro version

Hi, I have two questions.

First, I just want to make sure, the $89 for the personal license is just a one time fee to use this pro plugin forever, it’s just the support is one year, right?

Second, once we upgrade to the pro version, with the support, can I get help with the layout of the plugin. It looks like a mess on my site but I can’t figure out how to edit any css or html. There is a “loading” animated gif at the top as well.

If you purchase Events Calendar Pro, then you will be entitled for plugin updates and support in our pro forums for 1 year. After your license runs out you will not be eligible for either of them. Also note, that usually we offer discounted rates for license renewals.

Based on your description, my first hunch is that this will be a theme issue / conflict. We can and will try to help you solve it, but we are limited in supporting customization.
