    Hi,

    I have some questions about the attendee list:
    1. The name is now a combination form the surname and lastname, I need them not combined in a list because we want to sort on lastname.
    2. I’m missing the adress, phonenumber and orderdate on the list and in the exportfile
    3. I can’t see if theres a payment done.

    Thanks so much for reaching out!

    1. Would you mind taking a screenshot of where you are seeing the name as a combination of the first and last name?
    2. Did you previously have this information on your export file?
    3. Can you try updating WooCommerce to the most recent version and then place a new test payment to see if that resolves that issue?

    Hi Andre,

    Thanks for providing me with that information.

    To address the issue with the name, what you are seeing there is expected behavior.  The “Primary Information” field is populated by your Billing Information upon checkout.  You can add an additional field of last name and require that information be filled out by users.  You can add this information in the “Attendee Information” dropdown where you edit your ticket.  That information will then show up in the “Details” column in your attendee information.

    Other order details will not show up in the Attendee list by default unless you also add that information to your “Attendee Information” which can again be added where you add/edit your ticket.

    To address your issue of whether payment has been completed, you can check the Orders tab and see the status of each of your orders.
