ParticipantI haven’t tested an updated version of events calendar in about six weeks so if I am overlooking something I apologize.
I have an event with two additional questions. I purchase a ticket and answer the questions with no problem. If I go to the event and click on the “View your Tickets” link the event opens up and allows me to update the meta information for my questions.
Now, if I create a tribe-events directory in the theme directory and copy the “the-events-calendar\src\views\single-event.php” file to “\twentyfifteen\tribe-events” (stock, unmodified) it no longer works. When I click on the “View your tickets” link the URL updates to /event-name/tickets but the event page just refreshes never showing the ticket info.
This was all tested using the 2015 theme and version 4.2.3 of Events Calendar and Event Tickets

Thanks for reaching out to us on this! I gave it a quick test locally and I can confirm that what you state is indeed a bug in our code.
I could track this down to the line that’s causing the issue. I will reach out to the front-end dev that was working on this feature to see if we can provide a patch or a workaround until the fix is included in a maintenance release.
I’ll give you a heads-up when I have some extra info to share about this,

Just wanted to inform that the fix for this is scheduled for Maintenance release 4.2.5 coming out in about two weeks time! Unfortunately there seems no way to create a snippet to make it work for now 🙁

MemberThanks for the heads-up Dan! Indeed the fix for this issue was included in 4.2.5. A team member always follows up with threads attached to fixed bugs after the release, but looks like your threads was missed.
Anyway thanks for letting us know, and glad to hear it’s fixed now 🙂
