Question on plugin freatures

hi all

we are looking for a plugin that can accomplish these requirements:

1) 3 user levels :super-admin(who can manage all the calendars), admin(who can manage the single calendar), registered users (customers).
2) A user can search availability in a single calendar or in all the calendars.
3) Users can search availabilities on a map.
4) Data can be extracted and represented in an excel file
5) The system automatically sends notifications the day before the booking happens.
6) The fields behave like meeting rooms: every customer can book and is free to fix its own lenght in time (1 hour, 2 hours, 1 hour and 15 minutes, etc…)

you can see that the customer can fix its own booking time and this is the most important achievement by now

how many of these point your plugin can satisfy as-is? and: it can satisfy other, also with code customization?

we are looking for a demo for a big contractor. if the demo passes, we will approach a big job

Thanks for reaching out and for your interest in our products 🙂

I’ll answer your questions, but before starting let me say that our plugin doesn’t provide multiple calendars, that’s something you can achieve by creating different event categoriesand linking directly to them.

1) 3 user levels :super-admin(who can manage all the calendars), admin(who can manage the single calendar), registered users (customers).

As stated there’s is just one calendar which can have multiple event categories to ‘group together’ similar events. You can define different admin roles and permissions if you need to.

2) A user can search availability in a single calendar or in all the calendars.

Not sure what you mean by availability. Can you elaborate a bit on this? Users can search events by date, search term or location. The Filter Bar add-on allows the user to search based on price, category, tags, day of the week, etc.

3) Users can search availabilities on a map.

Events Calendar PRO comes packed with a map view that allows the user to view events (with address) on a map. Take a look to how it looks at our demo page: map view demo.

4) Data can be extracted and represented in an excel file

You can export the attendees data to an excel file, but not all events data. You can have that in iCal format, but not in excel. Of course you could custom code that functionality.

Not, but this is something you could custom code as well.

Not sure about this one. Can you describe what you are looking for?

Maybe you can explain a bit the general functionality you are looking for the site. I’m still not sure about the features of the system you are trying to build.
