Trying to set the byline to be the event date and city, how would I configure this?

Hi: your first stop should be the Themer’s Guide!

Though I’m not too clear on exactly where you are planning on making this change or quite how you envision it, you’ll probably find functions like these will assist along the way:

• tribe_get_start_date()
• tribe_get_city()

Apologies, I gave very little initial info. This is for a query post widget.
I have it set to draw in featured events, a thumbnail and the excerpt. I would also like it to draw in the date and city.

OK – is it a custom widget you’ve written by yourself? If so, those functions I just referenced ought to do the trick 🙂
