    Hello

    I am developing a membership site with extensive events module in it. I intend to us your Pro plugin along with Event Ticket plus. We need some custom feature so extensive customization is required and as you know not everytime we get exact job done. In that case, do you provide 100% refund before 30 days?
    I want to clarify because, I bought one premium plugin from other vendor for some feature, it was not doing what was expected. They did not refund as they asked me to provide valid reasons and insisted blame on me that why I did not check demo proper.

    However, I am fully optimist and hopeful but in worst case scenario if your plugins dont do the job then do you guys straight away refund that within 30 days of purchase? Please let me know.

    As long as you are within 30 days of your purchase, no matter what your reason is, you are entitled to a full refund.
