Queries before buying Events Tickets plus plugin

Hi Support,

We would like to buy Events Tickets Plus plugin but before buying this plugin we would like to know, if we could limit the number of tickets an individual could purchase.

Thanks for your interest in our plugins 🙂

Do you have WooCommerce as well? If that’s the case, you could click “edit in woocommerce” under the product data options -> Inventory, and then you can check the box “Enable this to only allow one of this item to be bought in a single order”. However, this will not prevent the member from coming back and placing a second order.

To achieve that you will need one quantity limiting WooCommerce third-party plugin.
There are quite a few out there, some free, some not.

You will need to experiment to find the one that suits your needs.
