I realized that this question should be in Event Tickets Plus Forum rather than in Events Calendar PRO. Sorry for the duplication.
We have an upcoming event and just started selling tickets. The attendees are not getting their tickets with QR code emailed to them after order completion (I checked to make sure the status of the order was “Complete”). This is for the 2017 Spring Speaker Series event.
We did recently upgrade our hosting service to “Cloud Business Hosting”, hoping to improve website performance. The QR code tickets were being sent before this upgrade, as well as the confirmation emails that are generated with the “Follow-Up Emails” plugin. The confirmation emails are now not being sent, either, since the hosting upgrade.
