ParticipantWhen scanning the QR code on iPhone(Login already in Safari), it does not redirect to admin page for attendance, but to the ticket page. How to fix it?
My testing event ticket:

ParticipantHowdy Yun,
I would love to help you with this.
If you are not logged in as an admin on your phone, then you will get directed to the event page. If you are logged in as an admin then you will get directed to the checking page where you can check people in. So in order to fix this it sounds like all you’ll need to do is login! Did that do it?
Cheers!

ParticipantHi Brook,
I do logged in as admin in Safari first(also ticked ‘remember me’), then scan the QR code. But it directed to the event page, but not checkin page.

ParticipantI am sorry I should have been a lot more clear. Some QR apps do not take you to Safari, they have a builtin web browser. And you need to be logged into that builtin web browser, or switch QR apps to one that opens in Safari.
If you are definitely taken to Safari after scanning and you are of course logged in, then that is very strange behavior. I have never seen it behave that way while logged in. When you scan the QR code it will show you a link, the link should look a lot like this:
http://example.com?event_qr_code=1&ticket_id=1125&event_id=1123
Could you share a copy of that link here? What happens if you visit that link in your web browser here while logged in?
Cheers!

ParticipantAlright! Happy that worked. If you don’t mind, would you let me know what QR app you’re using now, and which one you used before? It’s just always good to know which ones give people trouble, then we can update our tutorials.
Thanks for getting back and letting me know it’s resolved. Cheers!
