ParticipantHello
The only way I could find for the user to view his purchased tickets is by going to the event page and click on the link at the button of the page to view the purchased ticket.
I want to give the user access to all tickets he purchased in one place.
Please advice.Thanks

ParticipantThank you Cliff
This article make it clear for me.
One more thing please. What if the user did not receive his ticket by email or for some reason . Can he access that ticket anywhere in his account or can he ask for the ticket email to be resent.
ThanksSeptember 6, 2016 at 8:25 am #1160372Cliff
MemberThere is no way to re-send the tickets email, but you could reference this code snippet to send yourself a BCC of each email that gets sent out and then you could manually forward it to someone if they need it.

However, if you’re using ET+ with WooCommerce, you can resend tickets by going to your Attendees list and clicking the order number. On the right side you’ll see an Order Actions drop-down. From there you can resend the “Tickets” email.
I hope this information helps! Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

ParticipantThanks alot.
One last thing please . Can we have [tribe-user-event-confirmations] display all events ,previous and upcoming ?
thanksSeptember 7, 2016 at 6:27 am #1160881Cliff
MemberLooking at the code that generates the shortcode: /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/Tribe/Shortcodes/User_Event_Confirmation_List.php
It appears to only be for Upcoming Events.
You could request this as a new feature (or maybe search to see if the idea was already posted by someone else) at our plugins’ UserVoice page.
This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.
If you post it / find it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.
And/Or, you could build your own shortcode based on the existing code to include Past Events.
I hope this helps!

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
