purchased the wrong licence

    I’m helping my client redo her website and unfortunately we purchased the wrong plugin. I need to be able to set her up so that her customers can buy tickets to her events. She purchased The Events Pro (which I thought included everything, but I realize now it doesn’t). The Ticket Pro is the same price as the Events Pro, is there any way we can swap that out?

    She just needs folks to purchase tickets and I need an easy way to get her set up so that she can maintain it with out trying to create a bunch of unnecessary steps.

    We’ll be glad to answer your questions.

    The Ticket Pro is the same price as the Events Pro, is there any way we can swap that out?

    The short answer is yes, we can do that.

    However, this request must be made by logging in our support forums using that client’s account on https://theeventscalendar.com/ and opening a premium support thread for that purpose.

    As you can imagine, this is for security reasons.
