Purchase through banktransfer

Hi there,

I’m working on a project for an organisation that has the preference to purchase some of the paid plugins through banktransfer with an invoice. I saw that currently the only options were creditcard or paypal. That’s why I’m asking here if it would be possible to make an exception.

Thanks for getting in touch!

I’m afraid that credit cards and PayPal are the only two payment options we currently accept. If your bank account issued you a debit card and it has a credit logo on it, then it can be used at checkout. Similarly, PayPal allows you to make direct bank transfers to your PayPal account which, in turn, can be used to make a purchase.

Thanks Geoff for your answer. I’ll relay it to the organisation. How does renewal of the license work, does one get an invoice or a renewal link or something? The structure of this organisation is somewhat complex, so the more I can tell them about this process beforehand, the better.

Hi Rutger,

Renewals are annual. We’ll send you a link by email a few weeks before the expiration date, but you can renew at any time before or after that by logging into your account and initiating the renewal directly there on the My Account > Licenses screen. 🙂
