Purchase Box Not Displaying

Hello I have a issue. I cant get the woocommerce ticket box to display. I have added multiple events all with WooCommerce tickets setup but the buy (woocommerce) option is just not displaying on the event.

I am currently using the BeTheme (Latest Version) and have also tried Twenty Thirteen as mentioned in your knowledge base. The theme does not seem to be the issue as the ticket options are still not displaying.

I have checked the ticket setup but still cant figure it out. I have attached screenshots of the ticket setup. I have also added a demo product in WooCommerce and know that its all working (Basket & Checkout)

Hi Giles. Thanks for the system information and the screenshot. Those always help.

Please update to the latest versions of all Modern Tribe plugins from https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/ and https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/

Your Woo Tickets add-on is out of date by quite a bit.

Please install the latest versions of both The Events Calendar and its Woo Tickets add-on and see if that gets things working. I hope so!
