ParticipantHey There,
I just purchased the PRO and Community Events add-ons but when I put the License Key in WordPress, it thinks I purchased Aggregator and gives me the following error message:
There is a new version of Event Aggregator available but your license key is invalid. You may need to download and manually install the new version. You can check the status of your licenses and download plugins by logging in to your account on theeventscalendar.com. View what’s new with version 1.0.
Please help ๐
Thanks!

MemberHey there Amber
I’m trying to see if we’ve got a bug on this. Can you save the options on the license page again and see if this resolves the issue?
Thanks

MemberHey Amber
Sorry for the confusion.ย You should’ve received an email containing a link to download Events Calendar Pro and the license key.
Can you go to My Account ยป Downloads and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin.ย You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar plugin active as well.
Then get your license key, and go to Events ยป Settings ยป Licenses to enter it.
It looks like you tried to do this, but in the Event Aggregator field instead. This would apply as well as your Community Events plugin.
Let me know if this works now.
Thanks

MemberHi Amber, I’m unable to see the message you referred to. Often this happens if you try to send a screenshot in the reply by email method. Unfortunately, attachments don’t come through. Could you visit this on https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/purchase-add-ons-but-the-wrong-one-installed/?
Thanks

ParticipantThanks Courtney – I downloaded from the website here rather than the links in the email and installed them – that worked.
Your help is much appreciated!
Cheers!
