Publishing WooCommerce products as events

I have installed the lite version on a test server and am evaluation whether they need the pro version or additional plugins. The client would like to publish WooCommerce products as events for the calendar. Is there a plugin for doing this?

The idea is that you create events as normal and can additionally set up tickets (behind the scenes, these are simply WooCommerce products). Might that fit your clients needs?
