proof of charitable organization in German

Dear team,
I am considering the Pro Version of The Events Calendar for the website of the association I am working for. We also have a letter of proof of being a charitable organization under German law (stating that we are exempt from corporate income tax). However, the letter stating this is also in German. Thus, the question: do you accept proof of being a charitable organization in other languages than German? This question is also motivated by the fact that an official translation into English would cost a lot more than the Pro version. (I might also add that in the German bureaucratic jungle, there is not really any other way of proofing your status as a charitable organisation other than such an exemption)
