Product purchased does not work as expected (Order #1278475)

There was no trial so ended up purchasing ‘The Events Calendar Pro’ but this is not what I expected.
You do not have any contact numbers for support or sales! and also no direct contact email address.

– it does not work directly on our website. It seems to work only with Word press
– The calendar view seems rather compressed and does not fill the page
– It does not integrate/sych with Eventrbrite events.
