ParticipantHello,
We have been using Events Calendar PRO 4.0 for some time now and also had purchased the Woocommerce Tickets extension as well as the Facebook events extension. I think we ended up cutting over to the aggregator but it’s no longer letting us import from any source other than a CSV. Also the Woocommerce Tickets extension is telling us the key is no longer valid.
I’m guessing this is because we need to upgrade our extensions but before I spend the money can you please confirm this? I thought products would continue to work but just no longer receive updates.
Thanks in advance.

ParticipantAnyone out there? This is kind of urgent for us as we have an upcoming event and cannot get it on our site.
Thank you.

MemberHi James!
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you with this topic.
First, let me note that we try to respond all forum posts between 24-48 hrs as we state here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/what-support-is-provided-for-license-holders/. It generally is significantly faster than that, but sometimes due to an increase in forum load it might take us a bit longer.
You are right in that we don’t limit any functionality of our plugins if your license is expired. You will only not be able to receive updates for them.
This is slightly different for Event Aggregator, as it comes built-in with The Events Calendar plugin. You can use Event Aggregator with The Events Calendar to import information from a CSV file, but you will need a Event Aggregator license if you want to import from other import sources. You can learn more about this here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-event-aggregator/
I notice you’ve just renewed your licenses, so you should be able to update and download the latest versions of our plugins from your downloads page > https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
I hope that helps! Don’t hesitate to ask any other questions you might have and I’ll be happy to help.
Best,

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
