Oscar
ParticipantHi The Events Calendar support team,
I have a multilingual website (spanish and catalan) and I have a few events entered.
I have no problems with titles, body content, dates, hours or event categories. However, the location field is not being translated. When I enter a location in a spanish event (for example) I try to associate the corresponding translation for the event in catalan. After save the catalan event, the same spanish location is being displayed and saved in the catalan event.
Attached, you can find screenshots for the front and backend data.
It’s very weird, could you please help me to fix this issue?
Thanks in advance for your help,

MemberGood afternoon Oscar and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the issues you have encountered with location translation.
I would love to help you with this topic. The very first thing I would recommend is to go through the following 2 articles:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-translations-for-events-using-wpml/
As you will notice, it look like you are missing one plugin (translation management) and you might want to give our recommended procedure for venues a shot.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

ParticipantHi Geoff, good morning, nice to meet you,
Thank you very much for your help and detailed explanation, I’ve tried the solution provided in my local environment and also in the Tests server and seems to fix the issue.
I’ll make the changes tomorrow in the production server, if everything goes OK, I’ll proceed to close the ticket.
Thanks again for your help and have a great day!
