Problems with registering the License

    I just bought the Event Aggregator and I have put my license in and clicked save and it show green text that it expires a year from today. When I go to the Import everything is grayed out and it doesn’t show that it was purchased.

    I read another post to wipe Transients and I did that but that did not help. Can someone please help out with this?

    My issue magically resoled itself today.

    Hi Mitchell

    Thank you for the follow-up on this. I believe transients deal with approximately 6 hours of memory on your license key combined with a few other security measures. If you find this no longer works, please do send us a message. We are pushing an update out in the near future that will help to address the license validation issue.
