Problems with Event Tickets Plus with Marketpress German Market Plugin

Hello

I have a problem using Event Tickets Plus together with the plugin German Market from Merketpress . Whenever I order a product within the shop and go to the checkout, I get the following error messages:

The order takes place, at least the confirmation mails are going out and the order appears in Woocommerce. But after the checkout I just get this blank page with the error messages.

I switched my theme back to TwentySixteen, still the same problem. I deactivated all plugins (except the Tribe ones and Woocommerce) and the problem was gone. After that I switched on German Market again and the problem came back.

What kind of information do you need to track the error down?

Thanks for reaching out to us on this! Sorry to hear about this conflict and I’m sorry to say we generally cannot do much in these cases 🙁

I’m taking a look into our plugin code where the error is coming from but I don’t see anything obvious that might be causing the issue.

Can you please reach out to the plugin developers and ask them about this issue? I can provide help from our side but I’m not sure at all what their plugin is doing on top of WooCommerce. Also, I couldn’t find a product page in English for German Market plugin. From out side, what Event Ticket Plus does is create a Woo product and links it with the event. Once the purchase is made the tickets are generated and sent via email. This part of the process seems to be the one failing.

Please let me know if Merketpress folks know something about it,

Hey Nico

Thanks for your quick answer. The guys at Marketpress also say, that I should ask you guys. I understand the problem that you both don’t know the code of each other. But as a customer it is quite frustrating. And, as you say, I also don’t understand why they don’t have a English site as well, so the communication would be easier.

Anyways, I found another plugin that is doing the trick and will replace the German Market plugin. With that in mind, marketplace wanted to take a look at the code now. I will let you know what they will find, maybe some of your customers will run into that problem again in the future…
