Problems with divi an events calendar pro

Hi there,

I have to repost this, because George closed the thread and has unfortunately not answered my questions.

Which wp-template views are you using for rendering the calendar-view? I think it’s the single.php.
Which wp-template views are you using for rendering the detail-events-site? I also think, it’s the single.php; but on my site the output is quite different. And I don’t know why.

Also I have to say, that my idea of service or support is not to copy and paste faq’s and refer by more difficult topics to other developers. I will have at least a good feeling about your products and your service, although there is no solution.

I am customer since 2013, and have actually 4 licences and had since than 1 (!) support question (this!). And in my world this means, that you could spare a few minutes to search for a solution and not just for a faq text module.

First of all, I want to be clear that adding to your frustrations was not my original intent in your prior threads, and I am sorry that you feel slighted by the support I have provided thus far. I will try to address your problems a bit more precisely here – thank you your patience with this process!

Before getting to your questions however, to reiterate why I closed your thread originally, it is because at core this is a problem happening at the level of the theme, based on the evidence in Gregoire’s original thread and in your other thread. And so if we want you to get things working, and the problem is mostly within your theme, then directing you to the theme developers is the best way to get help since it is their code that is playing the lead role in this, it seems.

I hope you can understand that distinction! I’m happy to help here, and will; but ultimately, we do not support design customizations or theme-related questions, and so I just want to keep expectations reasonable 🙂

Which wp-template views are you using for rendering the calendar-view?

There are numerous templates we use. To find all of them, head into your plugin files for The Events Calendar. All of the templates are there in the folder at src/views

The “main” template is src/views/default-template.php

Which wp-template views are you using for rendering the detail-events-site?

I’m sorry to admit this, but I don’t quite know exactly what you mean. Can you clarify exactly what you mean by “detail-events-site”? I will help! 🙂 I just want to be 100% certain I understand what you are referring to so that I can help.
