Problems resetting password

I get to the reset page, and enter a password that has lower and upper case, numbers and letters, and a symbol, and it won’t take it. 5 times with 5 different passwords.

And without a password, I can’t sign into the forums to ask for support.

And what I really need is my licence keys.
