    Dear All,

I’m using The Events Calendar Plugin on my website as well as a series of add ons
Right now we are cloning the website and we are testing it on the new server we will migrate to.

Everything is working fine except your plugin. I think this is due to the fact that the licenses are for the current domain and not for the developing domain.

Actual site where the plugin is working fine:
    http://www.associazioneitalianialisbona.pt/eventi/

Copy of the site where we are having problems with the plugin:
    http://181.224.143.140/~assoc756/eventi/

    Can you support us please?
    Raffaello

    Hello Raffaello

You can transfer your license to the development site.

If you need it to work on the development site AND the actual site, I’d suggest adding “staging” into the domain name if possible. At this time we only support the specific TLD configurations listed on Using One License for Live and Dev Sites.

Is there anything else I can help you with?

    Thanks,
    Courtney 🙂

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
