Problem with License Keys

    Hi Modern Tribe,

    The last upgrade caused some issues with our site, so we reverted to the previous version. It now says this for all our products by TheEventsCalendar:

    There is an update available for [The Events Calendar PRO] but your license key is out of installs. Visit the Modern Tribe website to manage your installs, upgrade your license, or purchase a new one.

    We just purchased the license and have already activated it on this site. What can we do to get the upgrades? Also, the Community Events plugin is showing in the list of installed plugins but not in the Events settings.

    We’re stuck!

    Hi Brendan,

    Good question. Do you have the plugins installed on any other site other than this one? And, if so, are they registered?

    You can check by heading to your account here on this site. Log in, head to My Account > License Keys and check to make sure the license keys for your plugins are registered to the correct sites.

    If you need to move your license key from one site to another, this guide will help walk through the steps for making that happen.

    Hmm… I didn’t do anything and the site just started working again. Not sure why. Well, it seems to be resolved, so I’m going to leave it alone now. 🙂
