    hello. I think that a lot of our customers didn’t receive their ticket in the mail.
    Is there a way to resend the tickets to all the customers in bulk, or do I have to go customer by customer and send him the ticket again?
    would appreciate a quick answer because we are under pressure here.

    Ahiad,

    I’m sorry to hear that you are having problems with customers receiving tickets.

    Unfortunately, there is not a way to resend the tickets in bulk, and you will need to do this manually.

    The default WordPress mail functionality is not always reliable. You may look into an SMTP plugin such as this to help with this problem in the future.

    Hey Sky, thanks for the reply.. We actually already use postman smtp, which alerted us to the fact that not all tickets were sent correctly..

    I did see others asking for the same thing, so consider this a feature request..
    Is there any chance this can be added to the roadmap?

    Because ultimately we would like to trigger sending all the tickets one week before the event, and not when they purchase the tickets.
