Steven
GuestHello,
First of all, great plugin!Secondly, I downloaded the free version of The Events Calendar and I’m interested in purchasing the WooTickets plugin to work with it. However, I am experiencing issues with the calendar displaying properly and wanted to know if I was to buy the WooTickets Plugin if I would be able to get support on fixing the calendar to display properly or do I need to purchase the support for The Events Calendar Pro? I wasn’t sure if the WooTickets is a third party plugin for Modern Tribe.
I posted my specific calendar problem on the Events Calendar WordPress forum titled: “Event Calendar Not Showing”. Can you please let me know that if I am required to buy the Pro support package to receive help, that you will be able to assist me with fixing the calendar issue.
Thanks,
StevenApril 17, 2013 at 1:38 pm #46134Rob
MemberHey Steven, thanks for the words! Glad to hear you’re enjoying the plugin so far.
We’ll do our best to help you out on that dot-org forum you posted. But otherwise, if you buy WooTickets and need help, we won’t deny you that based on the fact that you don’t have a PRO license. My attitude is if you’ve gone to the extent to buy an add-on that extends The Events Calendar/PRO, it’s only right that we help make that work so you can ensure the add-on works too. And if you find that the level of support isn’t satisfactory we would be open to a partial/full refund based on whatever you felt was fair.
Hope that helps. If it doesn’t, or if you have other questions, just holler.

ParticipantThank you for response and help.
I just purchased the WooTickets plugin and would like to see if you or someone else could help me with the calendar not showing problem.
Here’s the issue:
It appears that when I try and select a default template (from the two that come with the plugin) I run into issues with each one.Default Event Template:
The calendar shows correctly, however the event detail page information is pushed to the far left side.Default Page Template:
The calendar does not show at all on the DomainName.com/events page, however the event details page shows perfectly. This template is my preferred template to work with as almost everything is there and working except the calendar does not appear. Any suggestions as to how to get the calendar to show?Below is a link to an events detail page. When you click the “Back to Events” link you’ll see that the calendar is missing.

Thanks!

MemberTotally happy to help here, Steven. Thanks for the heads up. I’m actually going to have my colleagues who run the PRO forums reply here, and I’ve moved this thread over there accordingly. They’re far more dev-minded than I am and should have no problem pointing you in the right direction.
Stay tuned and thanks for your patience so far.
