Problem on widgets.php

Since I added a countdown as a widget I no longer can edit widget area in WP admin. The Widgets page in WP admin is not fully loaded and Firebug console returns NetworkError: 500 Internal Server Error; Frontend works fine, but no edits are possible through Dashboard. Here’s the error_log:

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you’re having trouble here, but hopefully I can help. Could you try testing for conflicts and let me know what you discover? I suspect that this might be an issue related to your theme or a plugin conflict, but want to confirm before troubleshooting further.
