ParticipantHi,
I have a Problem on an Clients Site.
They use:
Event Tickets Plus and Event Calendar PRO to sell tickets for small courses.
They do a event with 12 Tickets and have a “Trainer” for that couse. Everything looks normal but at the trainers page it shows the course but not with 12 tickets it shows “sold out”
Can you guys please help me?
Greetings Nikolas

KeymasterHallo Nikolas, grüss dich.
Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!
I’m sorry about this issue you are having. Let me try to help you with this.
I quickly checked this scenario on my test site and all seems to work well for me.
When you go to edit your event and you scroll to the tickets, do you see everything in order there or do you maybe see an red exclamation mark?
Has there been any sales on the tickets?
Do you have any template overrides? (They can be found in wp-content/themes/[your-theme]/tribe-events folder.) Does this also happen if you switch to a default theme like twentyseventeen?
Does this also happen with newly created events and organizers?
Cheers,

No tribes-event folder in my themes folder. Yes it happend under WordPress 2017 Theme too. But another issue stopped. Under Divi Theme I choose Blank-Page as Site template and the sidebar is on every event and trainer page. (That is another problem i have and you could help me with)Does this also happen with newly created events and organizers?
It seems to happen just at the event i showed you.January 24, 2018 at 12:57 am #1434373Andras
KeymasterHi Nikolas,
Thanks for getting back to me on all those questions. Much appreciated!
But You see the “sold out” /”Ausverkauft” too?
No. I see “12 available” on both the event and the organizer page.
I have 2 things in mind that you can try.
First is, remove the organizer from the event first, so it doesn’t have an organizer. The go and edit the organizer and just hit the ‘Update’ button so it gets a fresh save in the database. Then go back to the event and add the organizer to it. Check if this solves it.
If the above doesn’t work, then since this looks to be a single issue, the easiest would be to either create a new organizer and assign that to the event, or create a new event and assign the organizer, or create both as new. If the above doesn’t work, then this would be the fastest resolution of the issue.
Under Divi Theme I choose Blank-Page as Site template and the sidebar is on every event and trainer page.
I hear ya. Go to Events > Settings > Display tab and choose ‘Default Events Template’ as the Event Template. That should make the sidebar disappear.
Let me know how all that works out.

KeymasterHi Nikolas,
Happy to hear that it worked out with creating a new ticket. I also hope this was a one-off and will not come back. We haven’t seen any other reports on this behavior so far so chances are good.
Please do a video and share. I’m curious to see. Might be that it is specific to a browser, so check in a different one as well, if you can.
Due to the size of the video you will not be able to upload it here. Also, email attachments don’t get transferred to the forums. You can share it through some cloud service like dropbox and share the link here in a private reply.
Cheers,

ParticipantThx a lot. The shaking ends after a few days. no Idea why that happend. maybe a browser issue.
