Pro version purchase

Hello there,

I was wondering if you could help us please.

I’m buying the pro version of the plugin with the help of someone who is paying for it, Barbara.

Barbara, went through the check-out process and when it was time to create a new user account she used the following email address: hlcchlorg[at]gmail[dot]com

I then tried to log in to get hold of the premium version of the plugin but those details appear not to be on record.

I also tried resetting the password but the same warning was shared, ie “Invalid username or e-mail”

How can we get hold of the login details and the pro version of the plugin?

I could trackdown the user but it seems there’s a typo in the email address (stored hlcclorg[at]gmail[dot]com). Can you please reach out to support at theeventscalendar dot com?
