ParticipantAll I’m seeing is the “Looking for additional functionality including recurring events, ticket sales, publicly submitted events, new views and more? Check out the available add-ons” line. The recurring event functionality is completely missing as though the Pro plug in isn’t installed….
Running Events Calendar 4.0.5, Pro 4.0.4
Wordpress version is 4.4.1Thanks in advance for your prompt attention to this issue!!

ParticipantHowdy Cindy,
I am sorry this is giving you troubles. I would love to help you figure out what’s going on.
Would you mind grabbing your system information and pasting it here? Make sure to use the ‘Set as private reply’ checkbox to protect your private information from the public. You can find the system info by going to WP Admin > Events > Settings, clicking on the “Help” tab, and scrolling down to the ‘System Information’ box. (Or by going to [yoursite]/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=tribe_events&page=tribe-events-calendar&tab=help) That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
Cheers!

ParticipantThanks for your reply!!
We’ve been unable to deal with it because I upgraded to the current version of wordpress which has caused a redirect / looping error. Once that’s solved, I can get you the system info!

ParticipantIf for some reason our plugin or another one got corrupted during the update, you might try temporarily renaming the plugins folder to plugins-bak. Try loading WP Admin now to disable all of your plugins. The site should be working. Now you can rename the plugins folder back to the original, and reenable them one at a time from WP Admin. If the issue persists even with the plugins folder renamed, then WordPress itself was likely corrupted during the update. You might try reinstalling it.
Let us know how we can be of help. Cheers!

ParticipantThanks for sharing the system info! Very helpful.
In WP-Admin > Events > Settings do you see a “Licenses” tab?
Would it be possible for you to add a new admin account to your site and share the user/password with me? I would just like to temporarily login and view the problem with my browser’s inspector. No worries if you prefer to not provide this.
Cheers!

ParticipantHappy to hear it fixed itself! That doesn’t happen often enough. 😀 Definitely let us know if the issue resurfaces.
