You’re told to enter your license in Events -> Settings -> Licenses, this is incorrect and should be Settings -> Events Settings -> Licenses, and if you’re using the multi site feature of WP, this is the general network settings, not the settings of a site.

This had me confused for about 10 minutes.

    Hi studiomashbo,

I’m sorry you were confused. Are you running the latest versions of our plugins? Early on we did have our license key page in the WordPress Settings, but now it is under Events –> Settings –> License Keys. If you’re using a multi-site, that tab will appear in the Events –> Settings of your main network site, which you sub-sites will not have that tab. If you’re running an early version of our plugins, I highly recommend that you update. This tutorial will likely be helpful for you.

    Best,

    Leah

I’m up to date, the complaint is not with the plugin but with the page on your site after checkout telling you where to enter the key, that has not been updated to match the actual license location.

    Hi studiomashbo,

Thanks for explaining. I did a test purchase but I am seeing Upon installation/activation, add your license key listed below to the plugin inEvents -> Settings -> Licenses which would be correct. That is where you need to input your license. Are you seeing something else?

    Best,

    Leah
