PRO & Plus errors

When I try to upload the PRO to my site I’m receiving an error message telling me that I’ve exceed the number of licenses. I just purchased this and tried installing it on one site. That shouldn’t be the case. Also, when trying to download the PLUS it says that I don’t have permission to do that. Can you please help?
