    Hi,
    I love your product and would like to purchase Pro; however, I activated the free version on my WP site and the monthly view is not working. Also, the image menu is missing and there is not an option to turn it on in the screen options. I’m worried that this will be the same problem with the Pro. How can I be assured this won’t happen?

    Hi Simone,

    Thanks for getting in touch. I’m sorry to hear that your theme is conflicting with The Events Calendar. Unfortunately, if the theme doesn’t work well with the core plugin it will be similarly broken with PRO. You’d want to get things working better with template overrides, etc. to overcome the theme conflicts before considering upgrading to PRO. I’m sorry I don’t have better news for you on that front.

    I am also having problems with Karma and I have PRO.

    Ive tried to change the styles the event templates. No avail. It just look crummy. I thought they had a advanced ticket system to help paying customers instead I was directed to a “PRO” forum. Thanks TRIBE..

    Hi ypgroup,

    I’m sorry to hear the calendar is giving you trouble. I think I misunderstood what you meant when I first replied here so I’ve edited my reply.

    We actually direct all of our support questions to the forums. Forums are a much better place for discussion and troubleshooting than email. The forums make it easier for us to get our customers the help they need in an organized fashion. Plus, other users can find answers through the previous solved threads. We do have a sophisticated ticketing system that we use privately to track bugs, complex support needs, and upcoming features. I apologize for any miscommunication about our support system.
