pro (business) license key not being accepted by plugin

    good morning,

    my license key is not being accepted when i put it in the “Event Aggregator” section under licenses. it keeps coming back with the following error message: “There is a new version of Event Aggregator available but your license key is invalid. View what’s new with version 1.0. Visit the Events Calendar website to check your licenses.”

    can i maybe get some phone support regarding your product since step 1 seems to not be being accepted? or is this something you’ll be able to handle via email?

    I’d be happy to help you here directly in the forums. 🙂

    I checked your account and it does not appear that you have purchased a license for Event Aggregator. These are the licenses I do see:

    • Events Calendar PRO (business)
    • Filter Bar (business)

    The messaging is definitely quite confusing (and something I’ll look into separate from this thread), but I think the core issue here is that you are entering a license key into the Event Aggregator field for another product.

    Will you please confirm which product the license you you are entering belongs to and make sure that it is being entered for the correct products on the Events > Settings > Licenses screen?
