Printing the calendar

We have added Pro-Events to our website. Many people in our congregation do not own a computer. How can we make a print copy of the monthly calendar showing all of the events? We have been able to make a monthly print copy that duplicates the screen shot indicating there are more events than what are showing. How do we get these additional events to show up when we print the calendar?

Hello Kay–welcome to the forums! I really hope you’ve been enjoying PRO so far and I appreciate your support. 🙂

Good question. The best way to print out a full list of events is to print from the List View instead of the Month View. That will print the screen as far as showing all the available events and will use multiple pages if needed.
